What is an Organisational Agreement?
To enable Professional Accounts for staff, your school or trust must first enter into an Organisational Agreement with Mantiq Learn.
This agreement ensures that all data is handled safely and appropriately, and enables your organisation to issue Professional access to staff members.
Professional Accounts are fully GDPR-compliant and approved for use with pupil and staff data, aligned with UK data protection law.
Who can sign?
Only authorised personnel can sign the Organisational Agreement on behalf of a school or trust:
- Headteacher
- Data Protection Officer (DPO)
- IT Lead
